About Us

TCMI specializes in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of antenna tower systems for communications in the State of Florida and has been doing so since 1998. 

TCMI provides these antenna tower troubleshooting and repairing services to a variety of governmental agencies and national communication clients. Our experienced personnel are trained in all facets of the installation of antenna tower(s), maintenance and the installation of communication system antennas as well as obstruction lighting systems and specialized equipment relating to communications system antennas and their appurtenances.


Established in 1998, TCMI has extensive experience with various applications, such as: Broadcast, Public Safety, Commercial Communications, Utilities, Microwave and Governmental, Emergency Management / Homeland Security including military communications systems.



Safety and Health

TCMI takes very seriously its responsibility for the safety and health of each employee and creating a safe working environment in our office, and for the crews in the field. TCMI instructors continue to gain knowledge in order to effectively train all of our employees on how to safely perform their duties in the high exposure environment they work in each day. At minimum TCMI requires a State of Florida certified Emergency Medical Technician on site at all times.

Drug Free Workplace: TCMI is a drug free facility and all TCMI employees are subject to random drug screenings.


Training and Certifications: TCMI's safety training exceeds the requirement of State and Federal regulatory agencies and industry standards. All new employees are required to complete safety training prior to being assigned to their new positions. All existing employees are retrained annually. TCMI field and shop employees receive the following training and certifications.



At each site the minimum medical training will be a state of Florida certified Emergency medical technician.
